For best result please provide us complete information of:
- Your contact information (name, company name, email address).
- Picture or sketch that will be digitized.
- Format of the file.
- Size - width and height (in inch or cm).
- Colors.
- Density - high, medium, or low.
- Satin, tatami, running stitch, or applique (zig-zag or e-stitch).
- Garment type - shirt, jacket, hat, bag, etc.
- Fabric type - denim, twill, cotton, jersey, fleece, etc.
- Placement - chest, back, sleeve, etc.
- Scanned sew out sample (yes or no).

New Customer
If you are a new customer, please send us basic information about yourself as follow:
- Name.
- Company name.
- Address.
- Business field.
- Email address.
This information is to be added to our customer database, so that we could easily contact you regarding your order. We do not share personal information about you with other people or companies.
Send via email to support@centdigitizer.com. Once you have sent us this information, you can immediately send your order.
Order Flow
- We receive your order by email.
- We will send you a cost estimation and we'll wait for your agreement.
- If you agree, your order will be processed.
- We will send your file when the work is completed.
- If you think edit is needed, you can contact us and mention what that is need to be edited.
